We are delighted that our Sustainable Terrace House project has been shortlisted for the 2023 Pineapple Awards, hosted by The Developer.
The awards celebrate the very best in placemaking; recognising projects that make a positive social, environmental and economic impact on local communities.
The Sustainable Terrace House scheme references Lothrop Street in north London as a case study for wider retrofitting. The concept questions how existing built stock can be equipped for a regenerative future. Cork extensions, reconfigured interiors, an improved thermal envelope and pedestrianised public realms would contribute to a better quality of life for those living within Victorian terraced housing in the UK.
We look forward to presenting the project at The Festival of Place this week, infront of an esteemed group of judges.
