Dover Street Market – Egg

Having worked with Egg on the refurbishment of part of their complex of shops on Kinnerton Street, we were asked to provide them with a small outpost at the newly opened Dover Street Market on the Haymarket, also in Central London.

A celebration of the ad-hoc feel of the Dover Street Market, the display units are inspired by campaign furniture and include a trunk, a coffer and a bureau. The furniture is made from stained chipboard with brass fittings and the units are mounted on frames of mild-steel.

Readily inhabited by Egg, dressed and rearranged in different ways, the furniture can also be folded-up at the end of the day presenting a muted, mysterious appearance when closed.
